Each class is 50 - 55 minutes long unless otherwise noted.

Please note you must purchase a class or package in order to reserve your spot in class. Packages start on day of purchase and must be completed within the month.
Rates will be charged on a per month basis depending on the number of days per month the scheduled class happens. Example if there are 4 Mondays, then will be charged the rate x 4. If there are 5 Mondays, then will be charged the rate x 5. (see detail below)
REFORMER/EQUIPMENT Group Class:
(Participants may vary from week to week) The session is 50 - 55 minutes utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower Trainer (most of the Pilates Cadillac exercises and tower exercises with the addition of suspension exercises) and mat work including all the small equipment. The group is limited to no more than 4 clients allowing for a more intimate training session with more personalized training.

- 4 Sessions: $74.00 ($18.50 per session)
- 5 Sessions: $92.50 ($18.50 per session)
PILATES MAT CLASSES (45 minutes):
The session is 45 minutes consisting of the Pilates mat work exercise repertoire. Small equipment such as the BOSU ball, stability balls, fitness circles, flex bands and small weights can be incorporated in the sessions.

BARRE CLASSES (50 minutes):
These classes promote high-energy, low-impact, and fat-burning movements based on elements of Pilates, classical ballet and athletic conditioning. CORE BARRE creates effective and safe movement where body strength and awareness are increased as well as joint flexibility, proper posture, stability and form. This unique workout is geared toward people of all fitness levels and for those that safely want to change their appearance while having fun.
CORE BARRE follows current concepts of stabilization to create effective and safe movement where body strength and awareness are increased as well as joint flexibility, proper posture, stability and form. Participating in CORE BARRE creates focus, precision, and strength not only in the physical realm but in context of general wellness and daily living.

PRIVATE PILATES CLASSES and CLOSED SMALL GROUP CLASSES:
Special for new clients only: 3 private lessons for $45 each (one time use only)
The session is 55 minutes consisting of personalized training on all the Pilates equipment. The session is designed for the individual client to address all muscular or movement needs. The equipment available for private sessions include: V2 Max Rehab Reformer with tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Tower Trainers and mat work with all small equipment.
- 1 Private: $70
- 10 Privates: $550 ($55 each)
- 15 Privates: $750 ($50 each)
The session is 55 minutes of personalized exercises for two clients per instructor utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower Trainer (most of the Pilates Cadillac exercises and tower exercises with the addition of suspension exercises) and mat work including all the small equipment.
- 1 Duet: $40/person
- 4 Duets: $120 ($30 each)
- 5 Duets: $150 ($30 each)
The session is 55 minutes of personalized exercises for three clients per instructor utilizing the Pilates Reformer, Tower Trainer (most of the Pilates Cadillac exercises and tower exercises with the addition of suspension exercises) and mat work including all the small equipment.
- 1 Trio: $30 each
- 4 Trios: $92 ($23 each)
- 5 Trios: $115 ($23 each)

One Body Pilates & More Class Attendance & Cancellation Policy:
New to Pilates? For your safety: If you are interested in joining a group class for the first time we recommend (but not required) taking our introductory class. Additional private sessions allow you to understand your body and help you with the mind body connection. One on one attention will help your workouts when you join a group class. Please contact us to schedule your first session
• Late cancel and "No shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
• All packages are non-refundable
Please note that classes cancelled, late starts or no shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. Classes missed may be made up by attending a different class or attending the make-up class that will be scheduled one evening toward the end of each month. Late starts and no-shows will be deducted from your package.
One Body Pilates & More staff strives to give each client our fullest attention during their allotted time. Sessions will begin and end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for the full fee of their session.

All Classes will be purchased on a per month basis. If your class is a Monday class and there are only 4 Mondays in the month, you will be charged the per class price times four.
Equipment Class example:
• Equipment class is $18.50/class x 4 Mondays = 74.00 + sales tax or
• if 5 Mondays 18.50 x 5 = 92.50 + sales tax
Mat Class example:
• Mat class is $6.00/class x 4 Mondays = $24.00 + sales tax or
• if there are 5 Mondays then $6.00 x 5 = $30.00 + sales tax.
Advance payment is required to reserve your space in a class.
Advance payment is required to sign up for future classes.
One Body Pilates & More reserves the right to request a doctor's note of permission to exercise for prenatal/postnatal, post-rehabilitation or other injury or special populations clients.
• Mat Classes - there are several morning and late afternoon/evening classes available to schedule a make-up class
• Equipment Classes - A special make up class will be scheduled once per month In the evening toward the end of the month to allow for make-up classes - sign-up sheet will be posted. Otherwise a class may be made up by attending a currently scheduled class (please call to check for space availability).
Please be courteous and quiet while sessions are in progress. We want everyone to get the fullest out of each class, so please be respectful of class time.
If you must have access to your cell phone, please put it on the vibrate setting and keep it nearby. If you must answer a call, please do so outside of the studio to not interrupt class.
No gum is allowed. Please remove hoop or dangling earrings when exercising on the reformer.
Please no unattended children. This is a time for you to get a great workout, so please leave the little ones at home!
We accept cash and checks.
What to wear
We prefer all clients to wear socks (with sticky bottoms preferred) or barefoot during their Pilates sessions. If you prefer no socks, bare feet are fine. Just make sure they are clean and odorless. No Shoes. Please wear comfortable workout attire. Shoes may be worn with Barre or Hoop classes.
**During inclement weather classes may be cancelled. Instructor will communicate with scheduled clients.
